Roll-up, roll-up (literally). The roller disco has returned, and we couldn't be more excited. Not only are these three events free but they're also going all alfresco on us – the very thought of skating around disco-ball shaped trees makes our leg warmers tingle with anticipation.
Skate Almighty is part of Nokia's 'Music Almighty' campaign celebrating the UK's love of music and retro four-wheeled goodness obviously. We remember the days well.... it's all about those simple pleasures.
Best of all they have signed up some pretty awesome music acts to be your live soundtrack for the night. After all, who doesn't pretend they're in a random 80s movie when they don a pair of skates.
Zero 7, Hot Chip and Norman Jay are among a few of the names along with newcomer Vassy who just may well be the next big thing.
