Karaam Lebanese Restaurant
It's a mixture of business types, flirting couples and elderly residents gathered in this busy Middle Eastern eatery, but they've all got at least two things in common: they've eaten the best falafels in the west (of London) and they'll clap along gleefully to the jiggling midriff of a belly-dancer. Opened in 2005, Karaam's been serving flawless meze of hummous, tabouleh and stuffed vine leaves followed by charcoal-grilled meats to the locals ever since.
