Olivers Jazz & Piano Bar
It is perhaps ironic that time should stand still in Greenwich, but once inside this hard-to-find basement bar it is easy to feel as though you've stumbled into a 1930s speakeasy. Given that the only thing redder than the walls is the Bordeaux, Oliver's lacks only thick cigarette smoke and cloche hats. Down a short alley behind iron gates, this is a place for those in the know. Once in on the secret though, a long night of live jazz and smug camaraderie awaits.
