Birmingham Repertory Theatre
The 'Rep' has an excellent... err... rep in arty circles. There are two theatres in the shape of a 900–seat main house and a 140–seat studio theatre called The Door. Plays run throughout the year and although the auditorium and foyer have recently been refurbished, the whole venue is set for a once over very soon – the last one was in 1971 –.
