St Paul's
The word in the whispering gallery is that in terms of cuisine, St Paul's is up there with the best of the Midlands eateries. It's a sophisticated restaurant–cum–bar that serves up succulent, slightly jazzed–up English dishes and fine wine. There's a wide choice of cocktails and the lunchtime sandwiches are particularly popular. Mainly attracting local businessmen and lawyers, it's not the cheapest meal in town, but if you've been working your ass off it's not a bad place to come and unwind and invest the wads of cash you've slaved away for.
