Celebrity Balti

What do you reckon a balti has to do to qualify as a celebrity? Does it need to get it's own TV series, or would a quick cameo on Ready Steady Cook do the trick. Well whatever it takes, the food in here is a legend in it's own lunchtime. Most of the really good Indian restaurants in town are the more traditional type, rather than the Balti style cooking here, but this is comparable to most in terms of quality. Quite unique amongst Indian restaurants, this is neither the old school low–lit seventies throwback or the new school modernly minimalist Indian restaurant. It does in fact look like pub.
