Cathay, The
The menu here is dominated by a style of cooking called 'So', which has its origins in Buddhist evangelical efforts to wean the world from meat, which means plenty of veggie options. The soya based meat substitute offers a very convincing selection of 'beef', 'chicken' and other such dishes, but if you can't live without the real thing then they still have meat options. This is a great place to try and wean yourself off animals and go vegan –conquer that vice and you'll just have seal clubbing and heroin to go.
