Even the cafés in the mailbox are a cut above. Like Puccinos this also has a license to sell alcohol but qualifies as an, albeit it upmarket, café in our book. I went to a rough school for thickies where the dinner hall was like a battle zone, but I imagine that this is what posh public school refectorys might look like. You still shuffle round, tray in hand, in orderley fashion, but stale chips and soggy semolina are definiteley off the menu replaced by fresh salads and cooked breakfast fare. The food is very good but it's also a cut above your average café in terms of price too. I suppose if you can afford to shop in the Mailbox that's not going to bother you too much.
