Cellar Bar, The
This once served as an eye hospital for over a century, and it now impairs the other senses by selling rum, tequila, and 66 varieties of champagne. Has a certain Cuban feel, with cigars, a bistro, and numerous showings of Buena Vista Social Club. It all makes you feel very sophisticated, so mix with those young professionals and stroll under the plush cream arches into the various rooms, and pretend you're Che Guevara.
