Kababish
Birthplace of the Birmingham City Cup Final Commemorative Blue Balti, 2001. But don't let that fool you into thinking this is a one hit wonder. In fact, you can build your own high quality balti at tolerable prices. OK –so it's not as exciting as Lego but it's a good way to check out the mysteries of lobia dall mixed with chick peas. They should really change the manky name though.
