After going a few rounds with the tender and delicious tandoori fish starter, please refrain from drunkenly telling the waiters it's the best in the city. It is, but I've told them two thousand and forty five times already. If they hear it again, you could very well feature as another choice starter. It's probably the best city centre spice shack for late night revellers, with evocative black and white photos of a changing Birmingham, including Mohammed Ali's legendary visit to the city in the 1980s. He'd probably say the fish starter's a knockout too. But he can, he's the G.O.A.T.
