Situated a safe distance away from the bloodthirsty gladiatorial arena of Birmingham's high street thoroughfare, Café Ikon's great for a spot of chilled coffee supping (the experience will be chilled, not the coffee - we wouldn't send you somewhere serving shabby lukewarm beverages). Get a side order of culture with your caffeine too, as it's actually part of a modern art gallery ('kon artists?), and does a nice line in pre-theatre Spanish paella.
