The Bucklemaker
Buried deep in the Jewellery Quarter, the once Georgian silversmith's workshop serves up some equally historic (by which we mean 'classic' rather than 'they've been sitting around for longer than Henry VIII's trollies') tapas and seafood plates. They do a nice line in those 'we're going to list every single ingredient in this dish, along with exactly which way they're cooked so that they sound more impressive' menu descriptions, so don't expect any meat and two veg here, matey.
