Kinnaree Thai Restaurant

At first, Itchy arsed about playing smart alec in Kinnaree's sumptuous surroundings, complete with lit-up longboat centrepiece. We immaturely chortled at dishes named Flaming Weeping Tiger and Goong Disco, and wondered whether we could combine the Gang Panang with Bang Bang Chicken to make something that sounded like an obscene foreign DVD title. Then the food arrived, and it completely shut us up. Decorated with elaborately carved veg, served by smiling staff and containing more delicious hunks of meat than a Just Seventeen centrefold, it's simply stunning. We suggest you go. You'll be tongue Thai-ed.
