The Soak
By rights this place and The Newt should be bestest drinking buddies. In the heart of the student district, The Soak does its utmost to appeal to the younger crowd. Unfortunately, the food leaves a lot to be desired, with massive waiting times even when it's practically empty. Oh, and the lettuce is soggy enough to justify the name of the place. On the plus side, there are some rare alcohol finds like IPA Bitter and Staropramen, as well as the green key discount scheme that'll save you 25% off the price of alcohol. All in all, drink the booze but avoid the food.
