The Trocadero

Finally, a nice, comfy pub among the trendy Bullring-plagued city centre of Brum. It used to be a fire station and apparently it's haunted, but don't let the ghost of fireman Sam put you off knocking back a pint or two with your friends. There's nothing scary about the atmosphere at the Troc. There's a buzz about the place (especially when the football's on, for the lads) and part and parcel of the experience (for the ladies) is the occasional pissed old geezer taking a break from propping up the bar to offer you his hand in marriage.
