Longstanding bar–cum–club that's busiest on Monday nights with their so–called 'pink pounder'. Unusually popular with lesbians and older guys, as well as fresher–faced, pre–uni types. Except the local Uni's LGBT who presumably thought another social at Nightingale would be pushing it. Expect plenty of Madonna, before the so–called r 'n' b 'hits' unfortunately take over. Good for cruising, but don't stare too long or someone may actually lash out. Floors tend to be sticky, as do the men. All in all, good fun if you're drunk, ironically amusing when sober.
