Café Rouge

France being a self proclaimed food capital, Café Rouge has a lot to live up to. Does it meet expectations? Mais oui. The food is tasty and piping hot. As swish restaurants with affordable prices go, it's safe to say Café Rouge is very ooh la la. However, if you go with mates and all pile into a booth, bagsy the side with comfy red chairs otherwise you'll be eating dinner sitting bolt upright. Like you just ate a snail. Which, if you ordered sautéed escargots, you probably did.
