Central Public Library
Eight floors of bibliophile heaven encased in Britain's finest example of Brutalist architecture which was once described by Prince Charles as looking like 'a place where books are incinerated, not kept'. A perfect place to pick up the new must-read paperbacks, browse the graphic novel section, or look through the extensive music library, where it's only 75p to borrow a CD. However, you're probably not allowed to take it home and rip it straight to your computer's hard drive and we at Itchy would definitely not condone that very naughty, money saving, sneaky behaviour. Shame on you.
