Often confusing to find the first time, as venturing into the depths of Digbeth can be quite an adventure and first-time-venturers may be a little apprehensive about leaving the safety and reassurance of the well-lit high street. The Birmingham Barfly, like any other Barfly, plays host to all the hip bands you should know. Take a trip down to the nearby Vintage Clothing and kit yourself out with the necessary indie attire, before ambling back to the bar to refuel on cheap lager and dreadful vodka, just in time for the band.
