Handmade Burger's reincarnations elevate the humble patty into the higher gastronomical realm in which it has always belonged. Affluent surroundings, a stylish brick interior and table service mean this canal-side eatery a classy place to chow down on Itchy's last supper of choice, even on a date. Freshly ground steak is pepped up with tasty fillers like avocado and bacon, blue cheese or horseradish and rocket, and alongside thick cut chips or golden onion rings – not a floppy fry in sight.
