If the upmarket bar food isn't enough to draw you in – we're talking honey-glazed chorizo sausages, swordfish fishcakes type upmarket – then the cocktails definitely should be. It's a shame that each one seems to take about 15 minutes to make, but you can hardly fault the bar staff for their efforts. Tucked away in the backstreets near Victoria, you'll often find what could only be naughty work-colleagues snogging on the leather chairs, taking advantage of the 1am closing time.
